The winery was moved to Minden, Nevada. By the 2005 harvest, Tahoe Ridge was setup in a new facility and eager to move forward with what is now the largest and longest harvest on record for the company. With over 100 tons of grapes, Tahoe Ridge made history again by conducting the first commercial grape crush to take place in Nevada and meeting their goal to build the first full production winery in the state.
The Tahoe Ridge Winery, or production facility is where all of the magic happens. Built in time for the 2005 harvest, the facility houses all of the fermenting wines and is also home to the entire vinification process.
