Guidelines
Events which are less than four weeks out will be declined automatically. Please do not fill out the form if your event is within the next four weeks. We appreciate your consideration.

Please read these guidelines before submitting your application.

Tahoe Ridge offers product donations, from great wine to fun gift baskets to delicious food, for specific events and non-profit fundraisers. And while we would like to align with all that is good and worthy, we sometimes have to gracefully decline.

A few things we look for selecting opportunities for product donations:
• Timing: Please give us at least 4 weeks prior to event.
• Location: Is your event in our territory? Our donations are limited to a 50 mile radius of Minden, NV. So Reno, Lake Tahoe, anywhere else that’s within 50 miles of Minden.
• Wine Donation: If you are serving our wine, here are things we need you to have:
1. If you are hosting an event and it is opened to the public, we need a copy of the special events permit.
2. All donated wine MUST be picked up at the winery. Legally, we cannot deliver or give zero-out invoices to our wine accounts and hotels.
3. We request that you sign a waiver when picking up the wine.
4. We will need written permission from accounts that we distribute to before the wine can be brought into the account.
5. Person picking up the wine must be 21 years of age or older.
We do not provide or fund any of the following with wine (however we are willing to consider gift baskets and food donations):
• School Auctions or Functions – We feel that schools, kids and wine are not a good fit for us (we might look into it with food and gift baskets).
• Individual and Team Sports (unless you are local (15 mile radius of Minden), we might look into it with food and gift baskets) – There are just too many.
• Bands (unless you are local (15 mile radius of Minden), we might look into it with food and gift baskets) – There are just too many.
